The Diocese of Kiyinda-Mityana

The Diocese of Kiyinda-Mityana works within its community to assist people with disabilities. Because most homes do not have running water, many people have to travel long distances to collect water from wells. This task is very difficult, if not impossible, for people living with disabilities. Uganda Hands for Hope was able to provide funding in order for the Diocese to set up strategically placed water projects that will allow people with disabilities more independence and greater access to a water supply.
